1. NO Autoresponders of any kind. Our robots will suspend your account with us immediately if they detect that you are using an autoresponder. 2. NO unverified email accounts. You will be required to verify your email account before you are able to post to the Safelist. 3. NO Dead email accounts. Our robots flag dead or bouncing accounts for possible membership deletion. They know the difference between a "server time-out" and a bad account. They will try to send over a few days BEFORE they flag an account for cancellation or suspension. Use your "Vacation" setting in your user console if you need to shut off messages from the list for a short time. Use this ONLY to change email accounts or subscription settings. Do not use it to simply refuse messages. That is a rule violation and abusers will have their accounts cancelled. Our bots watch this carefully. 4. NO Email accounts that "bounce" messages or are "Full". Our robots will flag your account for deletion if this is a consistant problem. 5. You MUST agree to RECEIVE and SCAN through the messages from other members that come to you though the Safelist. You will get them in small manageable amounts to make that very easy to do. THIS IS THE INTELLIGENT POWER OF THIS SAFELIST. All of our members are serious Internet professionals that BUY & SELL products and services everyday! And they will BUY your products and services too! 6. FRANCHISE OWNERS MAY NOT SPAM TO PROMOTE THEIR SALES. There are many very effective NON-SPAM ways to promote your list sales. Use our marketing tips pages for proven sales methods that will not cause you to get into trouble and have your Franchise suspended or cancelled. 7. NO ILLEGAL OR HATE CONTENT MAY BE POSTED TO THE SAFELIST. ADULT CONTENT MESSAGES ARE ALLOWED We reserve the right to determine what is unacceptable content. 8. NO REFUNDS or "Trial" periods. You may cancel your account at anytime without further obligation whatsoever. IMPORTANT: Violations of these simple rules may cause your account to be cancelled without refund.
